Original Prusa MK4S is a complete, professional solution for fast, precise, and reliable 3D printing, designed for both beginners and the most demanding users. The MK4S model continues the legacy of the extremely popular MK series, offering even higher accuracy, stability, and printing speed. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, getting started is exceptionally easy—from unboxing to the first print takes around 15 minutes. MK4S is a modern, premium-class 3D printer designed with maximum precision, reliability, and versatility of applications in mind. It offers a build volume of 250 × 210 × 220 mm and supports 1.75 mm filament, enabling the printing of both fine details and larger models with a layer height from 0.05 to 0.30 mm. At the heart of the device is 32-bit xBuddy electronics with an STM32 microcontroller, supported by Trinamic 2130 drivers and precise 0.9° stepper motors, which effectively reduce print artifacts.

The printer delivers excellent dimensional accuracy, which is crucial for technical projects and parts requiring a perfect fit. The new, high-performance 360° cooling system allows printing overhangs of up to 75° without the use of supports, saving material and reducing print time. Stable airflow around the model improves surface quality and the mechanical strength of prints. This solution also performs exceptionally well when printing flexible materials such as TPU, where removing supports can be difficult and time-consuming. As a result, MK4S provides greater design freedom and real cost savings.

Increased printing speed and even higher print quality are the result of combining a High-Flow nozzle, a new cooling turbine, and optimized firmware. MK4S is among the fastest printers in its class while maintaining outstanding surface quality, as confirmed by independent industry tests. Prints are smooth, durable, and in most cases require no additional post-processing, even at high speeds.

The native Prusa app for iOS and Android enables convenient control of the printer from anywhere. Wi-Fi configuration via NFC allows network connectivity to be set up literally with a single tap. MK4S supports Prusa Connect, Ethernet, and offline mode, ensuring full control and operational security both at home and in production environments.

The Original Prusa Enclosure stabilizes the printer’s operating conditions, eliminates drafts, reduces odors, and further quiets the device. It is not required for printing common materials such as PLA or PETG, but becomes invaluable when working with technical filaments like ASA, ABS, PC, or PA. It enables maintaining elevated temperatures in a stabilized environment, while the optional advanced filtration system with a HEPA filter effectively reduces very fine particles. The Enclosure can be expanded with additional accessories such as an LED strip, lock, or fire suppression system.
