Dual MC33926 Motor Driver CarrierTwo-channel DC motor controller with voltage from 5 V to 28 V, power consumption up to 3 A per channel. Controlled by PWM signal. Pololu 1213
Two-channel DC motor controller with voltage from 5 V to 28 V, allows the motor to be controlled with a current of up to 3 A per channel (5 A at the peak). The module is based on two MC33926 circuits. MC33926 supports ultrasonic (up to 20 kHz) pulse width modulation (PWM) of motor output voltage, which eliminates audible switching sounds caused by PWM speed control, and the current feedback circuit for each motor outputs an analog voltage to the appropriate FB pin proportional to the output current. MC33926 has protection against low voltage, overload and overheating. Some events are indicated by status flags (SF).
Typically, five I / O lines are used to connect each channel of the motor controller with the microcontroller: two input lines, IN1 and IN2, for direction control, one of the shutdown lines, D1 or D2, for PWM speed control, current output signal, FB, for monitoring the motor current consumption (connected to the analog-to-digital converter input) and SF status flag, for monitoring the motor controller errors.

Excellent general purpose motor controller for medium DC motors and differential drive robots.
