Pololu High-Power Stepper Motor Driver 36v4 is a stepper motor driver module based on the DRV8711 chip from Texas Instruments. The module is equipped with external MOSFET which allows control of the bipolar stepper motor with a voltage in the range of 8-50 V and a continuous current of 4 A. The controller allows you to control the motor movement with up to 9 different resolutions. The controller is configured via the SPI interface.
The controller also provides EMF feedback that can be used for more advanced control and stall detection algorithms. Additional features include back-voltage protection, undervoltage and overload protection.
