CT220RMV-HS5 Contactless Current Sensor Carrier Module is a compact board featuring a sensor from Allegro Microsystems, based on XtremeSense™ TMR (Tunnel MagnetoResistance) technology, designed for non-contact current measurement.

This solution enables precise current measurement without interrupting the circuit – the sensor detects the magnetic field generated by current flowing through a nearby conductor. The TMR technology ensures high sensitivity and low power consumption, making the sensor ideal for use in energy-efficient systems.
The device offers high linearity, resolution, and temperature stability, while maintaining high electrical isolation. The analog output, proportional to the magnetic field intensity, allows accurate current measurements after proper calibration. The sensor operates in a bidirectional mode, supporting both AC and DC systems. With its compact size and mounting holes, it can be easily fixed onto a wire. The JST SH connector and 2.54 mm pitch through-holes offer flexibility for connectivity. Additionally, the FLAG output indicates when the magnetic field exceeds a certain threshold.
