Description
Ultrasonic distance sensor (sonar) MB7489 with a measuring range from 50 cm to 5 m and a resolution of 1.6 mm. It allows you to read data with a frequency of 7.5 Hz through an industrial analog interface with a current output of 4-20 mA. The 4-20HR-MaxSonar-WRMI is a rugged sensor resistant to harsh weather conditions, available in a compact and durable PVC housing that meets the IP67 protection standard. The housing fits standard 3/4 inch PVC pipe fittings.
The sensor is factory calibrated. It offers virtually noise-free distance readings thanks to the use of high sound power combined with stepless gain, real-time automatic background calibration, real-time waveform signature analysis and noise suppression algorithms.
