VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) sensor module that uses electromechanical microsystem (MEMS) technology, resulting in a compact sensor, low power consumption, short acquisition time and fast response. It can qualitatively measure concentrations in the range of 5 to 5000 ppm and is suitable for generating leak alarms, e.g. in portable gas detectors.
