A module with a smoke concentration sensor that uses electromechanical microsystem (MEMS) technology, thanks to which the sensor has a compact size, low power consumption, short acquisition time and quick response. It can measure concentrations from 10 to 1000 ppm and is suitable for generating leak alarms in, for example, portable gas detectors.
