Ethanol sensor module that uses electromechanical microsystem (MEMS) technology, resulting in a compact sensor, low power consumption, short acquisition time and fast response. It can measure concentrations from 1 to 500 ppm and is suitable for generating leak alarms in, for example, portable gas detectors. The sensor has an analog output and is supplied with a voltage of 3.3 V to 5 V. Full documentation and sample programs are available on the product page.
