Description

Industrial 5G edge router designed to provide global cellular, Ethernet and WiFi connectivity together with local data processing in IoT systems, automation and distributed industrial installations. Teltonika RUTC54 uses a global Telit modem and supports 5G Sub-6 GHz SA/NSA with download speeds up to 3.4 Gbps and upload speeds up to 900 Mbps, as well as 4G LTE Cat 19/18 and 3G networks. Two Mini SIM slots and eSIM support enable automatic connection switching in cases such as weak signal, roaming, network loss or data connection failure. The router provides dual-band WiFi 6 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax with MU-MIMO, speeds up to 2402 Mbps at 5 GHz and 576 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, support for up to 512 simultaneous clients and five Gigabit Ethernet ports: one WAN and four LAN ports. WAN Failover and Load Balancing support communication continuity in installations requiring continuous network access.

A dual-core 1.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A53 processor, 1 GB DDR4 RAM and 8 GB eMMC storage provide resources for local data processing, while Docker support enables containerized applications and custom services to run directly on the router. The GNSS receiver supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS, while the USB 2.0 port and digital input and output expand integration capabilities with external equipment. RutOS provides routing, firewall, VLAN, VPN and support for Modbus, DNP3, DLMS/COSEM, OPC UA, BACnet and MQTT, while TPM 2.0 supports device identification and authentication. Teltonika RMS enables centralized configuration, monitoring and deployment, including zero-touch deployment scenarios. A 9-50 VDC input range, passive PoE through LAN1, anodized aluminium enclosure and operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C support use in edge computing, industrial automation, energy systems, telemetry and centrally managed distributed networks.
