Description
Programmable time module with 10A / 250V relay (available NO and NC contacts), allows you to set the time and manner of relay reaction on the trigger signal, has a built-in LED display (three digits, 7 segments). It can be supplied with voltage from the range of 6 - 30VDC or using the microUSB connector. The plate is equipped with ARK connectors and mounting holes.
properties
- Programmable time relay
- The time can be set in the range: 0.1 s - 999 minutes
- Setting step:
- For 0.1 s - 99.9 s: 0.1 seconds
- For 1 s - 999 s: 1 second
- For 1 min - 999 min: 1 minute
- 7-segment display for easy operation
- Supply voltage: 6 - 30 V DC
- Possibility of powering through the microUSB connector (the connector is not used for communication with the PC)
- NO / NC relay output
- Optoisolated trigger input
- Programming with four buttons
- It is possible to manually turn off the relay at any time
- Available operating modes:
- P1: Enabling the relay for the "OP" time after triggering with the signal at the TRIGGER input (response to rising edge)
- P1.1: Re-triggering during the countdown does not change the countdown
- P1.2: Re-triggering during the countdown resets the countdown
- P1.3: Re-triggering stops the timer during the countdown and switches off the relay
- P-2: Trip triggers the countdown of the "CL" time, and after its expiry - start the relay for the "OP" time. Re-triggering does not change the countdown
- P3.1: Tripping of the relay and countdown for "OP" time, after it has elapsed turning off the relay for the "CL" time, repeating the cycle in the "LOP" circuits. Re-triggering stops the countdown and deactivates the relay
- P3.2: Controlling the relay in a loop, without triggering. Turning on the relay for the time of "OP", turning off the relay for the "CL" time, repeating the cycle in the loop (the number of repeats of the loop determined by the "LOP" parameter, can be infinite). The trigger signal has no effect on the work
- P-4: Switching on the relay with triggering, counter stopped for the duration of the trigger signal. After the loss of the clock start signal and the relay being sustained for the "OP" time. The appearance of a re-trigger during "OP" resets the counter
- Easy-to-use
- Settings are not lost after power failure
- Four mounting holes with a diameter of 3 mm
- Dimensions: 38 x 63 x 20 mm
- Weight: 24 g
Description of pins and connectors
staff
After turning on the power:
- A short press of the STOP button switches the relay activity (ON / OFF)
- By briefly pressing the SET button, you can view the set OP / CL / LOP parameter values
- Longer holding down the SET button enters the menu
After entering the menu:
- First, the operating mode P1.1-P4 is selected with the UP / DOWN buttons (description of the modes above)
- By briefly pressing the SET key, you accept the operating mode and go to the OP / CL / LOP parameter settings
- The UP / DOWN buttons allow you to change the values of the OP / CL / LOP parameters
- The STOP button allows you to change the time interval: decimal seconds / second / minute
- A short press of the SET button allows you to accept the set parameter value and enter the next parameter settings (if available)
- Longer holding down the SET key saves the parameter values to the memory and returns to the operating mode
