RP-L-170 Thin Film Pressure Sensor is an elongated, flexible, pressure sensor that can be used to implement very sensitive force detection. The sensor is durable and designed to detect static and dynamic pressure at high response speeds. It was made of thin foil (0.35 mm) with excellent mechanical properties, excellent conductive materials and layers sensitive to nanometric pressure. The upper layer of the sensor has a thin layer and pressure-sensitive layer, and the lower layer has a thin layer and conductive circuit. These two layers are glued with double-sided tape.
The sensor's operation is based on recording the intensity and frequency of the force. As a result, it is widely used in all types of applications, such as pressure switches, monitoring systems and medical devices.
