This adapter allows you to quickly connect Sensirion SEN6x sensors to microcontrollers and minicomputers. An integrated JST GH connector, 3.3V regulator, and logic level converter ensure full compatibility with 3.3V and 5V systems. Thanks to the STEMMA QT connector, the adapter supports I2C communication and works with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Feather, and Sensirion libraries. Adafruit 6331
The Adafruit SEN6x Adapter Breakout is a convenient breakout board designed to quickly connect Sensirion SEN6x series environmental sensors (e.g., SEN66) to microcontrollers and single-board computers—without the need for soldering or using a breadboard. Thanks to the onboard JST GH (6-pin) connector, it allows direct connection to the sensor, eliminating issues with pin compatibility and power supply.
The board features a 3.3V voltage regulator and a logic level converter, enabling seamless operation with both 3.3V and 5V systems. It also includes a STEMMA QT (I2C) connector, allowing fast integration with platforms like Raspberry Pi, Feather, QT Py, Arduino, and other Qwiic-compatible devices. Once connected, you can use Sensirion libraries for Arduino or Python (Raspberry Pi) to read environmental data such as temperature, humidity, volatile organic compounds (VOC), particulate matter PM1 / PM2.5 / PM4 / PM10, and NOx. Lightweight and compact, this adapter is an ideal solution for real-time air quality monitoring projects.
