KAmod-DCDC-AP63200 8,4V is a compact Step-Down buck converter module designed to provide a stable 8.4 V output voltage. The module is based on the AP63200 switching regulator operating at 500 kHz, enabling high efficiency while maintaining small overall dimensions.
The module operates within an input voltage range of 3.5 V to 32 V. The maximum continuous output current is 1 A, while peak current can reach up to 1.5 A depending on thermal conditions. For proper operation, the input voltage should be at least 1 V higher than the required output voltage.
The converter achieves approximately 90% efficiency at 1 A load. Integrated protection features include overvoltage, overload, and thermal protection. The compact 18 x 11 mm size allows integration into space-constrained electronic designs.
