The maximum current capacity of the inverter module is 15 A, it is the maximum continuous current that can be taken from the inverter. The efficiency of the converter ranges from 85 to 95%, which makes it a much better solution than linear voltage stabilizers. The inverter has reverse voltage protection, protection against short-circuiting output, soft start system and temperature protection.
The inverter manufacturer has derived two additional signals, "enable", by means of which the inverter can be switched on or off and the "power-good" output, the state of which changes when the inverter is unable to maintain a stable voltage. The typical current consumption of the inverter is about 100 mA, while in the low-power mode the inverter takes about 5-10 uA for each volt of the input voltage.
