Description

LR1302 LoRaWAN HAT is a professional expansion module based on the SX1302 chip that allows you to transform a Raspberry Pi into a fully functional LoRaWAN gateway. The device is designed for easy integration and high performance – it features a 52-pin mini-PCIe connector compatible with the LR1302 module and a standard 40-pin GPIO header, enabling direct connection to a Raspberry Pi board. The built-in GPS module and RTC clock provide precise location data and accurate time synchronization, which are essential in LoRaWAN network applications. Additionally, the module includes a cooling fan that effectively dissipates heat from the Raspberry Pi, improving its performance and operational stability.

The HAT module supports 868 MHz or 915 MHz frequency bands, making it an ideal solution for applications in Europe and North America. Its compact size and low weight make it suitable for projects with limited installation space. The device is compatible with all popular Raspberry Pi models – from Raspberry Pi A+/B+ to Raspberry Pi 5 – and can be powered via the 40-pin connector or USB port.
