Description

SLAMTEC Aurora S is a next-generation, compact and integrated module with built-in artificial intelligence. The device combines stereo vision, inertial navigation, and proprietary AI Deep Learning vSLAM technology, ensuring precise real-time mapping and localization. Thanks to its high level of integration, it offers a plug-and-play design that does not require additional external systems. The module enables the creation of accurate 3D maps and precise positioning in both indoor and outdoor environments. The system provides 6 degrees of freedom (6DOF), delivering accurate position and orientation data. The AI vSLAM engine enables continuous global relocalization with an accuracy of ±5 cm.

Aurora S supports mapping over areas exceeding 1,000,000 m², making it suitable for large industrial and warehouse spaces. The built-in fisheye stereo camera generates dense real-time depth data using an end-to-end deep learning approach. The system operates effectively even in bright lighting conditions and on low-texture surfaces. The module features AI object recognition, supporting 18 outdoor scenes and 80 indoor scenes. With support for external LiDAR, it enables even higher precision 2D mapping. The solution is ideal for applications such as mobile robotics, industrial automation, digital twins, embodied intelligence, and low-speed autonomous vehicles. Users have access to Aurora Remote UI software for scene reconstruction and a comprehensive SDK supporting C++, ROS1/ROS2, and Python, enabling rapid deployment of custom applications.
