Description
The 6-Ch ESP32-S3 WiFi Relay module is an advanced solution based on the ESP32-S3 microcontroller, supporting both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Designed for industrial applications, it features built-in protections such as power isolation and optical isolation to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operation. The module is equipped with 6 high-quality relays capable of handling currents up to 10 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC, enabling direct control of devices up to 220 VAC or low-voltage devices up to 30 VDC.
Featuring an integrated RS485 interface with isolation, the module can connect to various industrial modules and sensors using the Modbus protocol. It also includes a 40-pin header compatible with some HAT modules for Raspberry Pi Pico, allowing for expanded functionality such as RTC, CAN, RS232, LoRa, or additional sensors.
The module supports a wide input voltage range from 7 to 36V, making it suitable for industrial applications. The USB Type-C connector allows for power, USB communication, and firmware updates. Built-in LED indicators (for power, RS485 communication) and a programmable RGB LED enable easy monitoring of the device’s status. Additionally, the ABS enclosure allows for easy DIN rail mounting, enhancing user safety. With support for popular development environments like Arduino and MicroPython, along with a comprehensive SDK and developer resources, this module is ideal for AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) applications, offering high computational performance, security features, and broad compatibility with industrial devices.
Typical uses for this module include remote control of devices via WiFi or Bluetooth, communication with industrial sensors and modules using RS485, and monitoring and control via the Waveshare.cloud platform using the lightweight MQTT protocol for real-time data visualization.
