The LD2411-S is a radar module for detecting human body movements, based on simplified 24 GHz radar hardware and intelligent RM01 firmware.
This reference design is intended for single-target scenarios; if multiple targets are present, the one with the highest echo energy is selected.
The LD2411-S hardware consists of a 24 GHz millimeter-wave radar chip, a high-performance microwave antenna (transmitter + receiver), a compact microcontroller, and auxiliary peripheral circuits. The radar beam has a flat shape: the detection range in the azimuth plane is 20°, and in the elevation plane, it is 45°. Users can adjust the module's orientation according to the specific application requirements.
The intelligent firmware utilizes FMCW technology and advanced signal processing techniques, enabling precise distance measurement and detection of human motion and micro-motion.
