Description

Multi-functional environmental sensor consisting of SHTC3 temperature and humidity sensor, BMP280 pressure sensor, VEML7700 ambient light sensor and ML8511 UV sensor. The module has a built-in microcontroller that converts raw data from chips to values ​​in commonly used units (℃ and ° F for temperature,% for humidity, kPa for atmospheric pressure, lx for illuminance and mw / m² for UV light). The user has two communication interfaces (UART and I2C) and complete Arduino and Python libraries at his disposal.

The BMP280 is a pressure and temperature sensor. It allows you to read the atmospheric pressure in the range from 300 to 1100 hPa with an accuracy of ± 1 hPa and the temperature in the range from -40 to 85 ℃ with an accuracy of ± 1 ° C. It is an ideal solution for home temperature measurements as well as for measuring altitude when flying at high altitudes.

The SHTC3 from Sensirion is a digital temperature and humidity sensor. It is characterized by high reliability and stability with low energy consumption, fast response and resistance to interference. It offers a high accuracy of ± 2% RH and ± 0.2 ° C.

ML8511 is a UV light sensor. Enables the measurement of the intensity of UV radiation. It is equipped with an internal amplifier. The module can measure the intensity for both the UV-A (320 - 400nm) and the UV-B (280 - 320nm) waves. It generates an analog voltage at its output that is linearly related to the measured intensity of UV radiation.

The VEML7700 is a light intensity sensor. It has a large measuring range (0-120Klx) and an accuracy of 0.0036 lx / ct.
