BeagleBone AI - minicomputer with Texas Instruments Sitara AM5729 processor, 1 GB RAM

Description

BeagleBone AI is a minicomputer with Texas Instruments Sitara AM5729 processor, it has 1 GB of DDR3L RAM memory. It was created to explore issues related to artificial intelligence, for this purpose you can use C66x VLIW DSP or 4 built-in vision engines (EVE). The board has a Gigabit Ethernet port, USB A Host, USB type C (for power and communication), a slot for microSD memory cards, a microHDMI output, WiFi 802.11ac 2.4 / 5GHz Bluetooth 4.2 / BLE module.

BeagleBone AI is sold with the radiator mounted and the antenna connected. The Linux operating system was installed on the eMMC memory (the system image can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website ttps://beagleboard.org/latest-images).

The module has GPIO pins compatible with the BeagleBone Black minicomputer.

For the first start you will need (not included):

• USB <> USB type C cable
• MicroSD memory card (optional)
