Insulated fiber optic probe with a measuring range up to 2500 V. It works in the band up to 800 MHz, it can be connected to the oscilloscope via the BNC connector. Comes with a 10X attenuation tip. Micsig MOIP800P
An isolated fiber optic probe that works in the frequency band up to 800 MHz. It uses a standard BNC interface and can be connected to an oscilloscope or multimeter. Utilizing SigOFIT optical isolation technology, it offers high accuracy and excellent suppression of oscillations caused by high-frequency common-mode noise.

The probe has excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics and the DC gain accuracy is less than 1%. The maximum noise floor in this range is 1.41 mVrms and the zero drift is less than 500 μV. It is an excellent choice for the study of third generation semiconductors and devices based on SiC and GaN. The probe test leads are short and have an input capacitance of less than 3 pF when transmitted via coaxial cable, allowing for very safe testing.

Unlike traditional differential probes that can only test high-voltage signals, the SigOFIT can be used with a variety of tips to test differential mode signals from ±1.25 V to ±2500 V, achieving full output range and very high signal to ratio noise. It will be used in industry, automotive electronics, when servicing power supplies and inverters. It is dedicated to Micsig devices.
