Description

The 2-CH CAN HAT+ is an expansion board with two independent CAN bus channels designed for Raspberry Pi boards. Built on the HAT+ standard, it connects directly to Raspberry Pi 5, 4, 3, and Zero. It features two separate chipsets — the MCP2515 controller and the SN65HVD230 transceiver — to ensure stable, isolated CAN communication. The board supports stackable expansion with other CAN modules, allowing system growth up to four channels.

Integrated surge protection, galvanic signal isolation, and a wide input voltage range (7–36 V) make it a reliable solution for industrial applications that demand high robustness.
