Pololu 5335 current sensor provides electrically isolated AC and DC current measurement in the range of -70 A to +70 A. Based on the Allegro CT433-HSWF70MR sensor, the module utilizes TMR technology, offering a 1 MHz bandwidth and an analog voltage output.
The Pololu 5335 current sensor is based on the Allegro CT433-HSWF70MR featuring XtremeSense™ TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) technology, enabling accurate measurement of both AC and DC currents while maintaining electrical isolation between the current path and the measurement circuitry. The module is suitable for switch-mode power supplies, motor control systems, inverters, energy storage systems, and other applications requiring fast and precise current sensing.

The module operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply (3.3 V nominal) and provides an analog output with a sensitivity of 14.3 mV/A and a zero-current output voltage of 1.65 V. A 1 MHz bandwidth, typical response time of 300 ns, and high immunity to fast dV/dt transients make it suitable for high-speed power electronics applications. An additional FLT output indicates an overcurrent condition when the measured current exceeds the specified sensing range.
