A compact board that allows for easy connection of a standard SPDT "sugar cube" relay in electronics projects. An integrated MOSFET transistor allows for relay control using a 2.5V to 20V logic signal, and two LEDs indicate its status. The module is equipped with a 3-pin JST SH connector and 5mm terminal holes for easy installation and integration with microcontrollers. Pololu 5664
Basic SPDT Relay Carrier (without relay) is a compact board that simplifies the integration of a standard SPDT (“sugar cube”) relay into electronic projects. The board includes a built-in MOSFET transistor that allows the relay to be controlled with a low-current digital signal, as well as two LED indicators showing the coil activation state.

The board features all SMD components, including a protection diode, a Zener diode for fast coil current discharge, and a 3-pin JST SH connector (EN, VDD, GND) for convenient connection of control signals. It is compatible with Pololu JST SH cables (not included). Relay contact terminals (COM, NO, NC) are provided as through-holes compatible with 5 mm pitch terminal blocks, allowing flexible adaptation to project requirements.
The module is designed with high safety standards — signal traces maintain 1.5 mm isolation, and the overall layout is compact and clear, simplifying installation. Since the board does not include a relay, the user can choose one according to their needs (e.g., 5 V or 12 V standard “sugar cube” format). This makes it an ideal solution for automation systems, control circuits, educational projects, and hobby electronics requiring reliable and easy relay integration with microcontrollers.
