Description

The D45V5F6 is a high-performance buck (step-down) converter module that reduces the input voltage to a stable 6 V output while maintaining high efficiency. The device supports input voltages in the range of 6.3 V to 65 V and can deliver up to 700 mA of output current, depending on operating conditions. By using switching regulator (SMPS) technology, it achieves significantly higher efficiency than traditional linear regulators, which is particularly important when there is a large difference between input and output voltages. The module features an extremely low quiescent current (<0.2 mA) and a switching frequency of 1.1 MHz, ensuring stable operation under normal loads and high efficiency under light loads.
