Description

KAmod-DCDC-AP63200 2.5V is a compact Step-Down (buck) switching regulator module designed to provide a stable 2.5 V output voltage. The module is based on the AP63200 DC/DC converter operating at a switching frequency of 500 kHz, enabling high efficiency and small overall dimensions.

The module operates with an input voltage range from 3.5 V to 32 V. The maximum continuous output current is 1 A, while peak current can reach 1.5 A depending on thermal conditions. For proper operation, the input voltage should be at least 1 V higher than the required output voltage.

The converter achieves approximately 90% efficiency at 1 A load. It includes protection against overvoltage, overload, and thermal shutdown. With compact dimensions of 18 x 11 mm, the module is suitable for space-constrained electronic designs.
