Description
Camera module based on the IMX708 image sensor, designed for use with Raspberry Pi single-board computers. The sensor provides 11.9 MP resolution (4608 × 2592 px), enabling detailed image capture in applications such as monitoring systems, machine vision, and IoT projects.
The lens offers a wide 120° field of view, allowing coverage of a larger scene area without additional optics. Integrated autofocus mechanism controlled via I2C interface enables automatic focus adjustment, improving image sharpness in dynamic environments.
Autofocus
The module maintains mechanical compatibility with Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 and works with libcamera library, as well as Picamera2 and rpicam-apps tools. Connection is established via standard CSI interface (15-pin or 22-pin FFC), enabling quick integration without additional configuration.
