The PCIe TO 2-CH M.2 HAT+ adapter expands the Raspberry Pi 5 by adding support for two NVMe solid-state drives in M.2 2230 or 2242 form factors, providing fast data access and the ability to boot the operating system from an SSD. The adapter connects to the Raspberry Pi 5 main board via a 16PIN PCIe FFC connector, compliant with the PCIe x1 Gen2 standard.
The board features two M.2 B-key sockets, status LEDs for each drive, an EEPROM chip, and a power monitoring circuit to ensure stable operation even under heavy data loads. The HAT+ design guarantees compact fitting and full hardware integration with the Raspberry Pi 5.
