Crowtail – Electricity Sensor 2.0 enables precise measurement of alternating current up to 5 A, converting the signal into a 2 V analog voltage. Intended for energy monitoring projects and integration with microcontroller systems.
The Crowtail – Electricity Sensor 2.0 module enables measurement of alternating current up to 5 A using the TA12-200 current transformer. The transformer converts the AC signal into a low-current analog signal (0–2.5 mA), which, after passing through an 800 Ω sensing resistor, yields a 2 V output. Thanks to its high accuracy and compact size, the module is used in energy-consumption monitoring projects, building automation, and security systems. The Crowtail interface provides easy integration with development platforms.
