Description
The 10000X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables operation at high voltages, ensuring safety and measurement accuracy. Its low input impedance minimizes interference with the signal under test. Fully compatible with OIP500 probes, this tip is suitable for signal analysis up to 500 MHz, both in laboratory and field applications. Its compact design facilitates access to hard-to-reach test points.
