Description
Arducam Mega 5MP with M12 Lens is an advanced camera featuring a 5-megapixel CMOS sensor with a Rolling Shutter, designed for IoT projects, monitoring, and automation. Thanks to its stable operation and accurate image reproduction, this camera performs excellently in diverse environments—from space applications to natural environment observation. The SPI interface allows compatibility with almost any microcontroller, such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or Raspberry Pi Pico. The device offers low power consumption and very sharp image quality. With the included M12 lens featuring low distortion (below 1.53%), focus can be adjusted depending on distance. The camera supports multiple output formats, such as JPEG, RGB, and YUV, and it allows connection of up to four cameras simultaneously using an expansion board. Thanks to the open MIT-licensed SDK and well-designed architecture, integration with new microcontrollers is fast and straightforward.
